PLEDGE to SINgapore

Hi,

This i am in P5 so i have the chance to go the NATIONAL DAY PARADE see it . This year the NDP09 is held in Marina Bay ,the floating platform.We were so lucky as we were watching the parade the rain heavily toward the end of the end of the show .

Its about coming together as one SINGAPORE, hearts reaching out and hands reaching up.......

I feel very proud of SINGAPORE .I will promise to study hard so I can contribute to SINAPORE in future.

H1N1 virus

Hello,

H1N1 virus flu is found out on the first of April. It is also a new flu.

The virus appeared to be spreading from human to human and mainly through cough , fever and more .To prevent us from infected, in Singapore, temperature are taken, also encourage people like us not to go overseas, distributing masks .

I will try not to go overseas and must wash my hands frequently and practise good hygiene habits.

Camp

Day 1:

After we take the National Anthem ,pledge and school song, all of the P5 were split into 16 groups. I was in group 3 and my instructor is Instructor Amelia. Some of my friends were in the same group too! Later, group3 & 4 took the same bus to Labrador Adventure Campsite.After we reached there, we quickly packed our thing and headed to Sentosa for the AMUSING RACE.


At 4.30pm ,we go back to the campsite and take bath.Then we have our dinner. After we had our dinner,we played a game called KIDNAPPED .In group3, I was kidnapped ! A instructor had chain my leg and wrist with a metal chain.It was a great experience! We when to the toilet for a light wash up,then light out!

Day 2:
We went light wash up then Breakfast .After breakfast, we went to do CRC for 3 hours then lunch .After lunch ,we went back to do our CRC for 5 hours and again dinner .After dinner , we had our Campfire! Group 3 & 4 dance together .WE were second to dance .

It was not perfect as we planned to perform a show and i am is the basketball team but at last we perform singing , some do dancestyle and cheer only. After Campfire, we went back to our room and light out! As this is the last night everyone in that room wake up at 2"oclock and played silence pillow fight!!!!!!!

DAY3 (LAST DAY):
WE ate NASI LEMAK for our breakfast .Then area cleaning.After area cleaning we had Prize Presentation then we headed for school.


I felt the camp is superduper fun and it is worth for paying $41.

Earth Hour!

What is Earth Hour?

hi cousin,

Today we went to old ford factory & Bukit Chandu.

I like the part where it is at bukit chandu when the guide play the second clip.It was about Lt adnan and his soldier fought with determination.Beside i like him fighting, i also like when he has no ammunition then he say "we shall fight to the very last man! bullets and grenades not just our source of defense , our knifes and fist now we will charge down and fight."

ah!i remember we must ourselves defend Singapore we are proud to defend Singapore ourselves,no one else is responsible for our security and well-being best describe.

The part that i don't really is the guide took us to the treetop walk because the guide say that from here we can see a very nice view but from here i could only see mosquitoes flying here and there.

A Trip To Old Ford Factory & Bukit Chandu

Hi,

On Wednesday,the whole class,our teacher and me went to Old Ford Factory. The first thing we did was watching a video.It was so amazing. That was when i know why the Japanese attack other countries. The main reason was: because Japan's population was growing and did not have enough rubber and tin,and it had to look to other countries for food.After the video end, the guide took us to see the artefacts that they use.After we walk through the garden ,it was time to leave the place, Before we left,Ms Lee took a photo of us.Everyone rushed to the bus because it was so hot.

On the bus ,everyone was munching their food.







When we reached there,the first thing we do was also watching a video.And more..............After that ,we left there and left for school .

After 30min we reached school,everyone was tired.

hello,

Passion for learning is very important. If you have passion toward learning you should have the right attitude in studying.Like me ,i have passion in IT.classes Last year ,i attend IT classes every Friday as CCA. I have a lot of fun and learn a lot in IT.But too bad for this year as I have to attend tuition classes so could not join the IT class as CCA.

I want to defend all tree and Singapore greenery,it is good to protect trees because trees provide

oxygen when they carry out photosynthesis . If we do not have trees i think we cannot have enough oxygen to stay alive.

Chinese new year

Hello friends,

how time flies? This Chinese new year is going to past.I went went visting and got a lot of hongbaos.My family and i went to Malaysia to visit my relativesand i got more than 50 hongbaos and at play firework in the night.I wish i could get more hongbao next year

2nd Week In School

In the tinkling of an eye.It already the 2nd week of the school ,how time files.

We are primary 5 already and things get harder and harder.I wil try my best to take good result.

The day before school reopening,i was thinking about TIRED...TIRED...&...BORED... BORED....zzzzz.....
Finally, the day start.I was so happy to meet my friend and we started talking to each other.Once, it was reccess time,i and my friends went to play. my expectation in this year is to get the bursury.I hope to achieve good marks.
